Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to review our policies.

Our policies are in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule request, this allows us to assist others who may wish to book an appointment. Our policies apply to both existing and new clients. Prices are subject to change.

Deposit Required - To secure all appointments 90mins and over.
R500 to secure all 3/4 and Full Lash sets.
R1000 to secure all Permanent Make-up.
The deposit will be deducted from the total procedure fee on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours before your appointment, to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Late cancellations will incur a charge, payable prior to booking your next appointment.

Late Arrival Policy - Your technician is bound to an appointment schedule. Should you be late for your appointment, the technician will endeavour to complete your service in the remaining time. However, please be aware that part of the procedure may be compromised to finish on time. The results will not be as full or long-lasting as they typically would be. You are still responsible for the full amount of time originally reserved for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you.

No Show Policy - Should you not show up for your appointment with no notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount for the time reserved for you - payable before your next appointment is booked. For all future reservations, full payment will be required in advance to secure your appointment.
